- 3-stage integration for greater efficiency and security Join us and discover a tailor-made integration program! As soon as you arrive, we’ll introduce you to the CIRA team. Then we provide you with all the equipment you need to guarantee your safety and efficiency: tools, work clothes, personal protective equipment (PPE). Then, through the “CIRA Académie”, you complete your training if necessary with targeted workshops. Finally ready, you dive into your first assignments alongside experienced teams, supervised by seasoned seniors.
